Q: Do you have trans fat in your products?
A: No. We never use trans fat in our products. Each is naturally delicious without the empty calories and “fake” ingredients.

Q: Do you have wheat in your products?
A: None of our products are made with wheat or gluten.

Q: Are your products Gluten Free?
A: Yes, all Garden Lites products are Gluten Free. Healthy, hearty and delicious.

Q: Do you offer Kosher products?
A: Every Garden Lites product is certified Kosher by the Star-K.

Q: Are any of your products made with peanuts/tree nuts? Are they produced in the same facility where peanuts/tree nuts are used?
A: None of our products are made with peanuts or tree nuts of any kind. Nor do we use any kind of nut in our factory.

Q: Are your products all organic?
A: While our products are all natural, they are not organic.

Q: How much MSG is in your products?
A: While our products are so delicious, you may question their contents, no MSG has been added..

Q: Are you lactose free?
A: Yes. No lactose is used to create any one of our soufflés or dishes.

Q: How many servings of vegetables do your soufflés have?
A: Every one of our frozen 7oz soufflés or dishes have two full servings of vegetables
