Heating and StorageFor best results always cook from frozen.
4 1/2Do not remove outer plastic wrap. Heat on high for 2 1/2 minutes. Carefully remove plastic wrap from bowl, CAUTION: will be hot. Heat on high 2 additional minutes. Let stand 1 minute before serving. (Microwave times are based on a 1000 watt oven and may vary due to wattage.)
30-40Remove outer plastic wrap. Preheat oven to 350'F Heat plastic container uncovered on a baking sheet for 30 to 40 minutes.
Keep Frozen. Store at 32'F or below.
